Paul has 15 years experience in the Builder/Development field, 8 of which were held as the Director of Sales and Marketing for a large home builder in the Ottawa and Florida area.

Paul has been a sales and marketing expert to some of this city’s key urban and suburban developments and responsible for the sale and negotiation of over 3,700 homes in the past 8 years, which represents over $800 million in property sales. His diversified knowledge can strategically guide clients from choosing the right family home in the right neighborhood to clients who wish to find a trendy condo flat in the perfect downtown location. Paul’s strong negotiating skills will assure his clients reach their goals, whether they want to sell their home for top dollar or purchase a new one at the best price. Widely recognized as having his finger on the pulse of the real estate market, Paul has been quoted in the media numerous times including in the Ottawa Citizen’s Style Weekly Homes Section.




Paul’s passion for real estate extends beyond new homes and condos to older homes and neighborhoods. He resides in the Glebe (where he renovated his 1920’s home).  Clients like the option that Paul can demonstrate both the merits of a new or newer home versus an older traditional home.
